Summer 2010

This has been a very busy and short summer!! We have spent a lot of time with Grandaddy. He was diagnosed with colon cancer in early June. We have been trying to help take care of him and take him back and forth to the doctor. He is doing GREAT!!! We are trying to get ready for school now. I go back on 8/9, and Em goes back on the 12th. I will go to a new school this year, so I have been busy trying to prep. I will be at Thompson High this year!! I am very excited!! Em will start second grade!!

Rochelle, GA

Emaline is loving Rochelle, GA. We have been spending a lot of time with Grandaddy this summer!! Emaline would rather be here than anywhere!! I don't blame her!! What could be better than beautiful green fields, clear star-filled skies, and wonderful friendly people. I have been all over the country from Niagara Falls to Yosemite, and it is hard to beat Rochelle!!! We spent the Fourth with family swimming and cooking out and then an evening at the fishing pond with a sky full of fireworks. What an awesome weekend in Rochelle!!
